Q: Where can I change my outfit?

The first part of the Kick-Off event will conclude by 16:00, and we have allocated 2-3 hours for you to prepare for the evening.

You have several options:

1) If you're staying at the hotel, you can use your room.

2) If you live in Riga and it's not too far, you can go home and return in time (by 19:00).

3) If going home isn't an option, or if you live too far away or lack transportation, we'll have some common hotel rooms available for changing, and we'll provide further information on-site.

Q: How do I get from the hotel to the evening event venue?

Arranged Transportation: There will be organized transportation at 18:30 directly from Radisson Hotel to Sporta 2 Kvartāls. The driver will not wait for anyone, so if you plan to use this service, please be at the hotel entrance 5 minutes before departure.

Self-transportation: If you live in Riga and it's convenient, you can go home after the main event and arrive at Sporta 2 by 19:00.

Join colleagues or use Taxi: You can also join a colleague traveling by car or take a taxi (please note that taxi expenses will not be covered).

A bus will also be arranged for the return transfer from the event to the hotel. There will be three trips – at 12:00, 01:00 and 02:00.

Q: Parking

Parking options in the city centre are limited and can be expensive. As the event is taking place in the heart of Riga, we recommend using public transportation or a taxi.

During the evening event, parking spaces will be available nearby and on surrounding streets in accordance with local traffic regulations and pay via the Mobilly app.

Q: When can I arrive?
